Description

Program Specific Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for all work product pickup and delivery. Ensure that all work product pickup and deliveries are met according to customer and agency requirements.
2. Ensure the quality of final work product meets the customer’s satisfaction.
3. Off-load incoming work product within the plant setting.
4. Assist with the movement of all work product within the plant setting.
5. Assist with work set up and flow on a daily basis.
6. Ensure production numbers are met according to customer satisfaction.
7. Pull, stage, and load product for customer and Arc clients
8. Ensure inventory data of raw and finished work is submitted to supervisor.
9. Provide supervisor with weekly order of raw material.
10. Ensure warehouse is kept need and orderly at all times.
11. Assist with assembly of boxes as needed.
12. Assist in ensuring all product inventory systems are efficiently maintained.
13. Comply with and ensure the efficient operation of all safety systems.

5. Interact with co-workers, supervisory and administrative staff in a courteous manner that encourages a positive and cooperative work environment, in addition to talking to Support Coordinators, family members, health care professionals and others in a way that promotes a positive image of the Agency and the people it serves.
6. Immediately report any emergency situations or potential safety hazards to the supervisor, as well as information obtained that may affect the health, safety and/or services for a person.
7. Review and comply with all Agency policies, procedures and directives, as well as those issued by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and other funding sources.
8. Maintain appropriate dress, good hygiene and professional behavior and conduct that reflects positively on the agency’s mission and the people it serves.
9. Be willing and able to work flexible hours on occasion based on program needs.
10. Possess a positive driving record and safe, reliable automobile for routine transportation of people receiving services and for other work functions, sufficient to meet all applicable legal and insurance requirements.
11. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective goal setting and implementation skills
• Creative and effective problem solving skills.
• Must have a minimum of one year experience driving trucks and forklifts.
• Must have experience in warehousing and prioritizing workload.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehousing and production, and coordinating workload required.
